Hotel booking terms & conditions

Please read the Booking Terms & Conditions below prior to making a booking.

• Accommodation reservations are taken through the registration process.
   
• Special delegate rates are not available directly with the hotels.
  
  
• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.
  
  
• You will require a credit card during the registration process to reserve your booking.
  
  
• Payment for your accommodation will be directly with the hotel prior to checking out.
  
  
• Cancellations within 30 days of the Conference (Sunday 11 October) may result in cancellation fees of the full amount.
  
  
• Should you require changes to your reservation, please let dean@iconevents.co.nz know ASAP.
